Where Does LoDo Ship? Hemp THC Drinks by State (Illinois Ends Nov 12)
Short answer: LoDo ships to most US states. Enter your address at checkout and the site tells you instantly; if your state is not served, checkout will not let the order through. We do not ship to Tennessee. Illinois orders end November 12, 2026 (state rule change). We ship to California.
Why it can ship
LoDo spirits, shots and coolers are made with hemp-derived Delta-9 THC. Under the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp products with no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight can be sold and shipped across state lines, which is how a 10mg serving in a 750ml bottle is possible. States add their own rules, which is why the list changes and why checkout is the source of truth, not this page.
What changes on December 11, 2026
A new federal rule takes effect December 11, 2026 that limits total THC per container to 0.4mg. That ends products like ours in their current form unless the date is extended. We will keep shipping until then and update this page the day anything changes. If you want LoDo in the house for the holidays, order before December 11; we cannot take pre-orders for after.

We are not your lawyer. This page describes where LoDo ships, not what your state allows you to possess. The longer state-by-state read is here: Are THC drinks legal? The 2026 guide.
How shipping works
Orders ship from our warehouse in Indiana, mostly by USPS, and arrive in 2–5 business days for most addresses. Most orders leave within one business day. If a bottle arrives broken, contact support and we replace it.
